Background

I returned to Hong Kong from Australia in 2016 and struggled to adapt to the fast pace of the city. I was once misjudged for having a highly sensitive constitution, only to later realize it was my body reacting to urbanization and developments like 5G. I searched for solutions — tried pyramids, family constellation, hypnotherapy tools — none resolved it. After 10 years of exploration, like a deer longing for a stream, I found water and became like a fish in it. Having searched far and wide, I vowed to first rediscover myself, then extend outward, sharing the wisdom of water like ripples. In a changing world, I anchor life anew for you/me/him/her/them — sharing my passion for living in every moment.

My cat and my little plants and I can finally love play eat sleep chill still — stay healthy wealthy meowy.

My Experience

I believe no one would disagree that sleep — sleep is connecting with the other side of the world (restoration), as precious as gold. From waning moon to full moon, sleeping well.

Why I Joined H2O Nomad

Life is short. We become parents, we become social beings — but what about the self within? Freedom is worth more. I hope everyone can live an unburdened life. Go with the flow, let it run long and deep, sharing the simplest, most sincere, childlike things.
